Les Powell School provides a Kindergarten to Year 12 education for approximately 80 students with moderate to severe intellectual and multiple disabilities.
The students range in age from 4 to 18 years. The school is divided into 12 classes each with a teacher and a School Learning Support Officer (SLSO).
SLSOs are trained in tube feeding and health care procedures.
